Refund Policy

Sunrise Aminos — Refund & Return Policy Last updated: July 6, 2026 Because our products are sensitive laboratory materials, refunds are limited. Please read carefully. 1. Damaged or defective on arrival. If a vial arrives broken, contaminated, or the wrong item was shipped, contact us within 7 days at support@sunriseaminos.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion. 2. Unopened, unused product. Sealed, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping. The buyer pays return shipping. Cold-chain items must be returned via overnight cold-chain shipping to remain eligible. 3. Opened product. For safety and quality-control reasons, opened vials and mixed/reconstituted products cannot be returned or refunded. 4. Order cancellation. Orders can be canceled for a full refund up until they are handed to the carrier. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; follow the return process above. 5. Lost or stolen shipments. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact your local carrier first and then us within 7 days. 6. Refund method.
