Shipping Policy All orders ship via 2-day air only — there are no faster or slower options. - Flat shipping & handling: $29.99 per order. - Processing: 1 business day after payment clears. - Transit: 2 business days after we hand off to the carrier. - Signature may be required for temperature-sensitive items. Addresses We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for cold-chain items. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we cannot re-route once a shipment is in transit. Delays Weather, carrier issues, and holidays can add 1–2 days. Tracking is emailed once your label is created. Damaged or lost shipments If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 5 business days of shipping, contact your care team through the patient portal within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.
